Winter 2022 & 2023 Q1 Developments in Industrial Automation - expanded product offering and diagnostic and repair services at York MRO

Winter 2023 Update: Since December 2022 the supply chain strictures have fortunately eased, with less stress on product delivery due dates. Our teams at York MRO have been able to ramp up our service response times with expedited shipment schedules back to normal, providing replacement parts and services following normal response times. Our departments are now working on near-normal production levels and our delivery and service schedules back to regular operation levels. In addition to the Micro Slides A-4080 parts and service support, we have been able to add new lines of product and service:

Expanded Service and Repair Support for New Product Lines: We offer full support for discontinued Minarik products, including obsoleted and phased-out Microfast parts and systems, as well as the all-new for 2023 Impervitran product line-up. Starting Q1 2023 York MRO is pleased to announce additional repair and rebuild services for the automation products made by industrial controls leader Minarik such as the 50702138 spares. Related to this we have added to our service line-up the ASYM4000D3600 manufactured by Microfast and we are pleased to be able to service most Microfast systems and parts. Due to increased demand we now feature B250MBT713XKF by Manufacturer Impervitran as well.

York Scientific's New & Featured Automation Replacement Parts: Starting early January 2023 York has Miller Brand 183155A in stock, original and quality replacement parts available for immediate dispatch to meet your requirement for spare replacements. Spare units by Miki such as AK90F equipment made by Miki have been added to our featured items. As a tip, you can find the entire Miki products line-up in our inventory by simply searching for "Miki" in the search box. Additionally we have now also available ACM114TACM100 made by Minarik as well as the popular LSB3K original spares produced by Micro

Servo Motors, Spindles, and Electric Motors Rewinding and Rebuilding. We have expanded capacity at our service centers to do complete overhauls of industrial electric motors and spindles. Refurbishment processes are held to stringent QA standards to adhere to or exceed manufacturer's specifications. Overhauls include motor bearing replacement, stator rewinding, and rebalancing. Additional overhaul and rebuilding capabilities of products such as the RS10 by Microtec and AK90F spares by Miki are also now also our York Scientific's line-up of service offerings. This also includes the original FIS08300101G Spares made by industrial controls and automation manufacturer Microscan.
